Weber Ranch is proud to partner with Ment’or and their mission to empower aspiring chefs through exceptional training and invaluable mentorship with some of the culinary world’s greatest icons. This year, we participated in a special 10 year anniversary celebration of the Ment’or Grant Program, featuring a roster of some of America’s most prolific chefs, along with grantees. Weber Ranch cocktails, crafted by the amazing team at Restaurant Daniel in NYC, were served to guests along with truly amazing cuisine.

Try the signature Weber Ranch cocktail at home:

White Cosmo

Ingredients:

• 2 oz Weber Ranch Vodka

• 1 oz St-Germain elderflower liqueur

• 3/4 oz white cranberry juice

• 1/2 oz lime juice


Directions:

• In a shaker, combine liquid ingredients with ice.  
• Shake vigorously and strain into a martini glass.
